Many school buildings in the local area were built in the early 1900s with an expected lifespan of 75-100 yrs. We find common problems associated with age and building design which can be included in the planned maintenance program. Other non urgent, but possibly more expensive items from our initial survey or raised by the Head Teacher and Site Manager could be built into the following year’s budget.
We don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to meeting our clients’ needs for our maintenance services and our job management system is tailored to suit individual client requirements. This enables us to ensure that comparative quotations are obtained giving us the ability to select the right contractors providing the right solution at the most cost effective price. We understand that many jobs in Educational premises cannot be undertaken during school hours. To this end we provide flexible out of hours/weekend working.
